| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I strongly believe there is a variety of life forms on other places in the universe, from tiny bacteria to highly developed and intelligent life. I'm fairly certain that we will make contact with them sometime, and I sincerely hope it will be during my lifetime.
SETI and SETI@home are in my opinion very important projects and I hope they will be able to operate until extraterrestrial intelligence is found. SETI@home is an excellent way to use the computing power of computers all over the planet, and I can't think of a better purpose. |
