I am just another computer techie out there. I finaly got this program to work, I think the old version couldnt get past my firewall or something. I am into web programming in php and I am a newbie assembly programmer but i am learning fast. I am from central Ohio and I am 14 years old.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Yes I beleive in extratrrestrials because in my mind the universe expands into infinity and there has got to be another planet out there somewhere with intelligent life. I think we will discover them much later is techknology progresses, maybe we will land in there planet in a flying saucer some day. Benafits may include new techknology gains but dangers may include more enemys.
2. We could transmit if we wanted to but i do not think that we will find others that way. I think if we did we should send them our numbering system and alphabet.
3. I run SETI at home so I can help the search for ET :) I think it is a great way to use our modern techknologys of the time and test them. I have heard about a screenburn with the screensaver so you might want to do something about that.
