Personal background
Once in Jr. High I saw an alien in the woods. I think. It might have just been
an old hobo, it was dark. But it was scary at the time! This isn't what got me
interested in aliens, but is my most interesting story. I've been obsessed in
extra-terrestrial life since I was a wee little kid. Gazing at the stars is just
about the most amazing thing to do. Life on our planet is so boring, I would love
to be able to see what has evolved on other planets, in other galaxies. I'm studying
to become a filmmaker now, and don't be suprised if outer space and aliens are
featured strongly in many of movies. That's it for now. Bye!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
No, I don't believe in aliens. I just like the pretty colors for a screen saver....
YES I BELIEVE IN THEM! Why else would I be a member of SETI@home? This is a
brilliant idea, incorporating all the ET enthusiasts of the world in the collective
search of life, since the government obviously doesn't want to help! I'm sure we'll find them soon enough, whether it's through this program
or not, I don't know. But it's only a matter of time. Well, if humans can get
their act together that is. Why isn't more money alloted to NASA instead of the
military!? In the immortal words of my friend, Rob Michaud, "We should have a moon
base by now!!"
