Hello, I am a married 25-year-old Graphic Design Student from Michigan (USA). I enjoy a great many things, but I only have enough time to do a few of them. Most of my time is spent playing with and cussing at my computers (1 Windows Machine and 1 Mac G4). Occasionally I have time to play some D&D or read a book. I also enjoy beer a great deal, and I partake of it whenever I have time.
Currently, I am running Seti@home on my Windows machine full-time, and running 2 instances of the OSX command line on my Mac since it has 2 processors. As a graphic design student, I feel that I should mention that Macs Rule!

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

My opinion of Seti and Seti@home is probably not much different than most peoples. I absolutely believe that life is out there; however, I am uncertain if we will find it or not. Since life evolved here, it is hard for me to fathom that it hasn't happened, at least once, somewhere else.
The reason I chose to run Seti@home is because I would like to say that I took part in the search. I have no money to donate,no time to donate, and no lucid insights about what is out there, so I use this as my contribution to a worthy cause. |
