Originally am from Northern California, USA - born Deaf and raised in good ole California until I was 27 when I uprooted myself and moved to Australia where my Aussie based bloke was living and married him!
I have been living in the SE suburbs of Melbourne for 4 years now and still am loving the lovely country I've come to call home. I enjoy reading books by Stephen King, Robin Cook, John Saul, Dean R Koontz and any other authors that catch my interest...surfing the web, chatting with friends near and far via the internet, travelling.
I'm currently in between jobs at this stage....
I have 2 burmese cats, Rosie and Pizza. I would love to own a Laughing Kookaburra bird one day in the backyard! |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I believe there's life out there in outer space. It's just basically the timing - have to wait until they make their appearance on Earth. I feel that they have done numerous of times, but subtly. So subtly that not many of us were aware of their presence.
I'm not too sure of what benefits and dangers we could face if ET ever showed up. I will only hope for peace between the races here on Earth and outer space.
Why do I run SETI@home? I thought it'd be neat to be a part of this research and hoping to discover life out there. Something for me to look forward to every day. |
