1. I would like to be directly responsible for the discovery of intelligent life on other planets. As my prize, I would like to have dinner at Spago with premier members of the alien government. I dont have to pay, do I?
2. I think it makes alot of sense. It seems the most viable means to explore the universe aside from waiting for transporation technology to get there...
