Personal background |
40 years old tele/it-technician from Oslo, Norway.
For the momement i'm attending IT-akademiet(school) to get my CCNA cert.
One of my hobbies are astronomy from a philosophical view-point. I used to be a big "Big Bang" fan when i was growing up, but lately i'm leaning more against the "Steady state"/"Plasma-uninverse". Since i am an atheist, i have no higher beings to beleive in so why replace one god(God) with another god(Big Bang). I'm not sure i understood that sentence myself.
I'm also alot into computing/networking and the school takes much of my time, but i'll try to fill in some more details later.
With regards

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
1.Why not. When i'm not using the computer, why not put it to use.
2.No special views. I'll be happy if SETI finds something during my lifetime.
I'm sure there is life out there but how intelligent, far away, interested.
3.Nothing special, maybe a better explanation about BOINC or what you called it.
