Personal background
I work in heavy construction around the Detroit area and like doing just about
everything from working on fast cars to looking at the stars. I did time at
"Space Camp" with the kids, and have always been a bit of a space freak. I
built my first "real" telescope in May or June of 2001, a 12.5 f6.4. And after
my son showed me Seti on his computer, I put it on my others. I have 4 of them
ranging from a pent 233 to a dual PIII 1ghz which is on 24/7.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think there's life out there somewhere, I mean we can't be the only ones,
this place is to big. Are we going to find them, I've been trying to find the
cat's collar for some time now without any luck, but I keep looking.
