Update (2008-11-23)
Over fifty, (keeps changing every year), father of three children (2 girls, 1 boy). If all goes well i'll be grandpa in about three months. (Dec. 2005)
Well, I've had the status of 'grandpa' for almost 6 months now... (Sept 2006)
I had to update this part at least... :-)
Update (2008-11-23): Just rejoined Seti. Been out of Boinc for over a year ans a half.
Grand-daughter is now 2 and a half years old.
Job: System administrator, computer tech., support tech., (I am THE team).
Work in K12 private school in Sherbrooke Quebec.
Servers running Win 2000, terminal server edition (9).
Home: Two computers running Linux Ubuntu, 1 Laptop running Win XP.
All running Boinc-Seti
Update: Still running Linux Ubuntu, got the Laptop out (too sloooow)
At school got a couple of Win 2003 servers (quad core) and an old dual-xeon
and they are really pumping units. :-)
Update (2009-01-03): Got my Mac server running Boinc, plus 1 iMac and a couple of duo cores...
Hobby: Photography, Ornithology, Astronomy, Reading and
my grand-daughter. |
