I am 32 years old (born in 1971) I am a Woman and therefore one of the few people hooked up to this thing that doesn't want to find cool Alien Chicks!!!! I love my Iguanas and I show cats too. I have a 2 year old son and a child on the way... So I hold the future in my hands. I want to show them that there is more to life then the mundane. I am originally from San Francisco, the only thing I could see was Orion with the naked eye. I lived at the Planetarium in Golden Gate Park. I am in Nebraska now and I have seen a full sky at night. I want to not only look, but listen to the Heavens. And hopefully they are listening back
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I am a seeker. I seek knowledge of the Universe inner and outer. I believe God is everywhere... I seek to find out what I do not know and never discount the possibility of anything. I believe we need to be able to leave this planet and go out among the stars. Many years from now our Moon will leave us and we need to know our neighbors for the Universal U-haul!!!! I hope my children will be able to decide if they want to live somewhere else, and I hope that when I die God will allow me to travel at the speed of light and see some of these other planets with life on them. I know they are out there! And I believe that the possibility that they are Silicone based isn't far off! Even though I have friends that would say only Carbon based life is possible. well fine ill get out there and look for them then as well!
