| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I'm running SETI on my machine because I'm hoping that we'll find *SOMETHING*, anything, that tells us we're not alone in this great big ol' universe. Maybe it'll knock some sense into our collective heads and make us realise that we're not the center of it all and start to treat the rest of our planetary co-habitants with a mediocum of respect. |
