Personal background
A student that is interested in computers and extraterestrial life - what else could be needed? Understanding that huge amounts of computation time of CPU is wasted. What more? Will to help the science project.

All of this fits to me.

Although my country Lithuania isn't large, but I am helping it to rise above other countries. Processed SETI workunit count is one of the areas that I can easily help.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Although my computer is not as powerful as other SETI members, but I also contribute my free resources, and look for another WOW signal... Now SETI is not the only project I take part in, I am taking part in Predictor project, which is also supported by new SETI platform, BOINC, and I am willing to help more science projects like this.

As more and more people are getting more powerful computers and faster internet connections, and more and more people join the society, such projects will have more and more success.
