| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I believe:
1) Extraterrestrial life exits.
2) Humans will discover extraterrestrial life in time.
3) The benefits of discovery might include fantastic stories of places unseen and histories unknown.
4) The dangers of discovery would only be serious if we appear appetizing to our visitors.
Humans should & must transmit a beacon for others to find.
We should send relevant information about what makes us "Human" & kind, leaving out all our evils & spoils.
