| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Started SETI many moons ago, but stopped as pc was to old and kept crashing. Have had a new lease of life since I upgraded, so I am now back in the swing of it. I feel I owe it to the guys at SETI, to help them crunch the data.
I love science and all it's about, I really hope that we find something before my time is up. I enjoy watching discovery/history channel How things work etc.. I'm also enjoying The River, Arrow and Terranova.
Love playing guitar (38 years now) and I like all kinds of music, Like playing classical and blues, currently trying to get to grips with jazz progressions at the moment, so will keep on practising until I get a proper understanding of them.
Favourite bands: old school rock and prog, especially Zep, Yes, Floyd, Lizzie. 80's/90's rock (Warrant, Skid Row) . At the moment I don't mind a bit of Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, Vai, Chickenfoot and Joe Bonamassa. |
