my name is jim, and i live in Hillsboro, NH. I am 34 years old, and have been wondering about Seti@home for a while.I first heard of it while setting up a linux box, but unfortunatly never got it on line.I am glad that a windows version is now available.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

first of all, i would like to point out, that if people think that there is NOT other life out there, the they are denying there own existance.
second, the day we find an end to the entity we call "space" is the day that the possibility that life exists elsware will be limited. that day will never come. Can you say INFINITY? do these non believers understand the meaning of Infinity? the possibility is endless.
I run SETI@HOME for my own personal well being. if my help is but a drop in the bucket, the bucket would not be full without me. similarly, if we are just a drop in the bucket, think about all those other drops, in the bucket we call the universe. |
