"Pelliconi Scandinavia A/S"
It's Part of the "Pelliconi Group" In Italy, which Produces all kinds of aluminium and plastic Crown corks.

I Like "nerding" a bit with computers..
Mostly as a Hobby.

Something like this:

- Programming (C C# and so on )

- Web-Programming (ASP / PHP / asp.NET C#.NET etc etc )

- WebDevelopment (Implementation, Backend, Integration)

- Webdesign (not THAT much, just some advanced CSS and so )

- Apllication Programming

- Database programming

i could go on.. heh...

I am very much into computers, and are doing some "freelance" web-programming - Design. Usually some of my friends blabber about me, and then via word-of-mouth, I get some "jobs".

That's it for now :o)

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
We can't be the only living lifeforms in this huge universe..

What's out there is for all of us to find out, but i'm sure that something will come up..

I think that no one knows HOW we would discover it, but this is one GREAT opportunity to find out more about "them" ..
Maybe It's going to happen tomorrow ? Next week? maybe in some hundred years,. but SOME day, we will discover something out there...

Maybe we'll learn something extraordinary, maybe we will find some of the things our scientists have studyed on for years and years. Who knows ?

A possible "danger" would in my opinion be, that some of the extraterrestrial lifeforms isn't that "open minded" as we maybe thought..

I won't think that transmitting a beacon would help that much, and then maybe it will.. If "they" are far ahead of us in intelligence, engineering etc, then they maybe would catch it, and transmit something back to earth..

Maybe just some basic informations about us. Lifeforms, Lifestyles. Information about our planet. Just a thought..

Why i Run SETI@home ?

The concept about this project is genius..
The way we're using our personal computers for science like this..
put it out to millions of people, and analyzing information..

(go home u expensive supercomputers :P)

The thought of being 1 out of millions of people, who helps with this huge analyzing project. Maybe be the one who'll discover something special.
