I'm 34 yo male from France.
Working as an accountant now, but I was an AP in management a few years ago.
I'm a big SF fan and I believe we couldn’t be alone in the whole universe.
However, I’m obviously a utopian because I believe that maybe humanity will be able, in the future, to overcome differences between people, and leave in peace with all the other races (known or unknown!)

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

It's kinda difficult to answer the question about a beacon and what information should be transmitted. I'm not sure whether it's a good or a bad idea. Maybe we should let things happen till we'll be able to explore the universe ourselves.
The reason why I run SETI@home is that I believe we may be able to "ear" something. The second reason is that my PC is always on, night and day. So, as I don't use all the processing power I got, why not share with people that share my beliefs.
