Personal background
Born in the early year of 1971, in southern Sweden.
My interest in space and what could be out there begun in my early years. I remember that I had sometimes trouble with my mom when she tried to get me in to bed in the evenings and getting me out of bed in the mornings. I often lied on my back in the back yard grass the evenings staring at the sky.
Now I have "grown up". 36 years old with a good job and a fine little family - allways busy ;)
But sometimes at night when the stars shine bright I can stop and look at them just as I did years ago... Then I become the same little kid dreaming of what could be out there; and what if... someone could be watching me.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Whether there is intelligent life out there or not, that is the question.
The space is quite big but the really troubeling aspect is time. The "lifeforms" out there that we are looking for could allready be gone or have not yet come to excist. But we should watch and listen.
A wise old man said: "-Shut up and listen. You just might learn something."

And working with computers all day long, you realice that this type of network computing is the coolest way to make a virtual super computer. Wow! :)
