| I live in Houston, TX USA and own a software company (Enfold Systems) bases on the open-source Plone content managment system. I graduated from University of Teaxas at Austin in 1996 with a degree in accounting. The only classes I ever managed to attend on a regular basis, because I wanted to, were Astronomy :) |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. Absolutely, other life exists...just a matter of time before we find it. I think it will be discovered through projects like SETI. Who knows what the benefits/dangers truly are, but have no doubt it will change our world forever..religions, priorities, and relevance.
2. Why not? Im sure the other life out there is just as curious about us as we would be them.
3. My computer is always on, and I think its the least I could do with my "extra" electricity usage to help a project like SETI. |
