| Personal background |
| I am a world travler, I have participated since Dec.1999 and have had many different computers running SETI, From 8 way servers to a 386 machine I worked on for a very long time trying to get the longest time for a work unit record. I have been part of several teams and have enjoyed the time I have spent doing SETI. I make my home in North Carolina USA, I work in the Research Triangle Park for a Large Multi-national. I am very old and have tried to focus on leaving a legacy of things that can be built upon, That is how I first saw SETI@Home, as a chance to be in something that could provide some benifit to us. I have participated in the UD's Cancer and Folding projects but I have always tried to keep atleast one machine running SETI. |

| I feel connected to the world, It is a unique experence to travel all over the world and then loose track of all those you have met, To me this gives us a chance to connect, to touch, to be one, which we actually are reguardless of our situations. |
