I like meeting people. I especially like meeting people from different cultures. I have met many cultures on Earth and it's time to meet those out there.

Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I want to believe that someone else is out there.
I don't know what the impact of a face-to-face encounter will bring. Will we be the Europians or the aboriginal?
What I do know is that there will be a new cuisine to try and when people or others of diverse cultures sit over dinner there is harmony; for a while.
