Personal background
I work at the Department of Computing Services at the University of Saskatchewan as an intern. Impressive huh? Not to worry though, when I discover aliens they will help me take over this puny planet.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
We would find extraterrestrial life, but we keep beaming them our TV signals. They're too busy sitting in front of the tube, watching our "historical documents" (Galaxy Quest was right!) to get up the ambition to figure out where the strange signals are coming from. I think people should run SETI@Home because if everyone stopped running SETI@home their CPUs might cool off too much sitting idle, which would probably cause an ice age.
