Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I belive that extraterrestrial life exists and I hope that SETI@home is going to discover it. Benefits I think are those that we finally satisfy our curiosity, and potentially came into healthy economics relations whith those aliens (please excuse me my english).
I think we should transmit a beacon for those who we're looking for :) Isn't it logical that if aliens haven't transmit any we're losing our time looking for it ? Personally I don't have any idea what to send, maybe a sample of every nation's music culture achievement? I don't know...
I run SETI@home because of my beliefs, besides, my computer is often running on and I thought that it could be good idea to make good use of it's computational power. I don't have any suggestions at the moment I let You know if it changes. ;)
