| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

Do you think extraterrestrial life exists? Yes
If so, when and how will humans discover it? We have already discovered it. If everybody would come clean and disclose all available collected information, we would all know.
What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery? It would finally answer a whole lot of questions we have about our origin. The danger of seeing and knowing is that we will then be on the endangered species list, right below the creatures man has helped become extinct.
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? We already have and they already know!
If so, what information should we send? "Please do not kill us all!"
Why do you run SETI@home? To help a noble cause, such as yours!
What are your views about the project? When you acquire proof then everybody's view will be identical to mine! The project is essential and will someday proove itself worthy.
