Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Do you think extraterrestrial life exists?

What, are you kidding?

If so, when and how will humans discover it?

I think we already have, it's just not available for the mass population.

What are the possible benefits and dangers of such a discovery?

Hard to say at this point but it will be very exciting.

Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find? If so, what information
should we send?

Yes, by all means but i'm not sure that radio is the way to do it. We should talk
about our populations quest for knowledge and let them know that as a people we
are all peaceful explorers.

Why do you run SETI@home? What are your views about the project?

I love it and wish I had a lot of money to help fund larger research.

Any suggestions?

Get the word out for more to join the @home project. I have my Mac Pro computer with 12 processors running the program. Look for my counts to go way up.
Thanks for the opportunity to help out!
