| Hello. My name is Julian Waterman and am an 18 year old male from Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. I am in Grade 12 and am Graduating this year. I am interested in Star Trek, X-Files, and Computers. I don't have much else to say. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I believe that extraterrestrial does exist somewhere in the universe, and maybe they are doing the same thing that we are doing now. When we find other life-forms, I believe that we will meet them on their own worlds, and we will visit them in spaceships from earth. I believe that we could be injured or killes by contact with other species as they would have different medicines, foods, and biochemistry than our own. It could prove fatal to us. On the other hand, we could obtain vast medical knowledge or other very important items from other races we encounter.
I believe that we should transmit a message of friendly intentions and send all relevant information on us to anywhere in outer space. Maybe then we could expedite our encounters with other forms of life in our universe.
