Personal background
Currently, I am an undergraduate at the University of Nebraska @ Omaha. I am studing MIS, Management Information Systems. I come from a small town of 1800 people, and I have no real plans for my future.

I have never fully devoted myself to my education. I was always the one who would get good grades even though I never studied. School is only a small part of life, and to fill up your time with school is to ignore most of what it means to be alive. I fill the rest of my time with music, gaming, guitar, cars, family, friends, computers, and fun!
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I'm positive that there is extraterrestrial life. There is an entire universe full of crazy randomness, and it is highly improbable that we are the only lifeforms to exist.

I feel that discovering extraterrestrials is not far off in the future. Either it will happen with radio waves or a close encounter. The benefits of such a discovery could mean the opening of an entirely new era for us, but it could also mean the end for all of us. Anything can really happen, and we should just let everything take its course.

I think SETI@home is a great project! This is one of the best ideas ever.
