I started Seti on one porpouse: testing my machine using one unit as a benchmark.
Then, after the first unit, it all became quite addictive, and right now I have done more than 1000.
Speaking the truth, I find it very chic to help the world with no effort at all and in such a noble cause.
Nowadays I stopped using it at night, since here in Brasil we are running a severe energy shortage, and it really needs our help. For those in Brasil, let's help not letting your computer turned on unnecessarily, or at least turn off your monitors, as they are useless for your computer power.
And for Seti, let people know that you are worried with that, as you were in the times of California's shortage.
