I am 38 years old. I live in Spartanburg, SC (moved from Syracuse NY 1 year ogo). I love web programming, guitar, fixing old cars (anything pre 1980). I am currently employed at a hospital managing the Laboratory information system. There is always something new and different every day.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1) I run SETI@home becuase I think that what you are doing is exciting and fun. The idea to use the idle proccesor time for your use is brilliant.
2) I am not sure I believe in extraterrestrial life, but the universe is very big (undestatement of the year) and anything is possible.
3) I would like to know how beneficial the data my systems have processed are helping. Also, is there a way to exlain what it is you are looking for in the data that is being processed.
