Do you think extraterrestrial life exists?
There has to be other intelligent life forms, but when it will be detected
is unknown, or what will such a signal look like.
Should humans transmit a beacon for others to find?
In a way, we already are transmitting a beacon; all the digital satellites
images are transmitted into space. Â Not all of the signals will end up
at the satellites some will disappear off into space, which an alien could detect.
Why do you run SETI@home?
I run SETI@Home to help in the possibility of finding ET. Â Anyway, my
computer would be left on for hours doing nothing, if I didn’t run SETI. |
