Personal background
Well im just another fifteen year old swede whos living is a small city and is studying. next autumn i will (hopefully) begin my studies and training to become an actor (even tho i am one already, you need an education to get a job).
I wanna be known all over this lil country of mine, and maybe to our dear neighbours Norway, but not more. Even though I dont want to be a hollywood-star, i would take the chance if i got it and work for a couple of years to get a great deal of money, then i could retire to some little hut min the Swedish forests (love 'em) ;)

Well thats my life at the moment.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1: Yeah, I believe in extraterrestrial live. Maybe not any intelligent life near us, or even in this galaxy, but it should be there. I do belioeve you can find primitive lifeforms on Mars and Venus though.
We eill discover life on Mars as soon as they send a group of scientists to check out the "hot-spots" theyre currently looking for.

2: Yeah, i definately think we should. we could sent info like... well i have no ide, that up to the educated scientists to come up with.

3: I first found out about seti@home from some advertising a guy made at lunarstorm (a swedish community, www.lunarstorm.se) and told us what it was. I suspect he did it to get us to his group here, also called lunarstorm.
I think its a great idea to let people lend you some of their preacious CPU... i mean even though it doesnt really matter to me if its on or off, you could get e great deal of work done by getting enough people.

well thats it. nu suggestions or additional info.
