Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Why Seti@ Why not? Is it hurting anyone? Signed up for classic years ago, but went through internet connection drought for my computer for a few years. Now i'm back! Just wondering if humanity would accept the information or go a bit nuts.. i would hope it would unify, but who am i kidding. we'll probably just kick the **** out of each other before getting the **** kicked out of us.

Views on projectmainly on the computer screen. Think it is worthwhile, other SETI style programs have now taken off (IBM GRID etc)prehaps governments should give tax breaks per WU/cobblethingy for ppl /companies donating computer power. would stop some Admins runnig seti around here having to cover their tracks... ;-)

Suggestions Get the GPU proccessing power involved as well, instant sweet sweet processing power sitting in all of our computers not used at the mo! And a seti@home secret handshake. ;-) yeah. take it easy.
