Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I think that we would be fooling ourselves to say that extraterrestrial life does not exist. Seeing the number of possible stars that culd harbor life, it would be nonsense to deny the possibility. I feel that other life is out there, we just may not find it for a while.

I do believe that a beacon of our own would be a great idea, that way another civilization would have the ability to find us like we are trying to find them.

I run Seti@home because I would like to turn my useless computer time when it just sits there running and doing nothing into something that could change the world.
