| I live in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia. I work in the IT department at the Australian Maritime College. I enjoy sports and am actively partaking in Volleyball and Basketball on a weekly basis. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
| I do believe there is someone else out there. I cannot agree that we are the only life form to exist. I think we will discover them one day with time. Possible Dangers? I think there is a danger but who ever said exploration was a risk free occupation. I do think we should said a beacon. Maybe a summary of where we are, what we are and out intentions if contacted. I run SETI at home because I can see it is a worhtwhile cause and I enjoy being involved in an exciting project. I think the project is great and I actively encourage anyone I know to join and process a few unit. It all counts. |
