| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

| I run SETI@home because I like to keep my computer on most of the time and it might as well be doing something . . . like looking for E.T. for example (I really liked the movie). I think the project is great. It has opened the way for many important distributed computing projects. And, hey, looking for E.T. is pretty important in itself. I think someone as Berkeley is pretty smart for coming up with the idea. I hope they win a prize (like that Nobel one). |
