Hi all!
I am an Australian university student studying in Toowoomba, and am currently undertaking the bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Information Technology!
I enjoy playing music on the piano.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1. I do believe in ET life! There is a limitless number of planets out there.. there has to be life on at least one of those! I believe that humans will first discover ET life by using techniques such as this one, by mistake, or by witnessing ET life present on another world
2. Hmm. this is a contraversial topic... If ET life does exist, i think that sending information about ourselves is useless, as our technology might not be compatible with their technology... i might work, so who am i to justify this!
3. I run SETI@home, as i want to aid in the search in ET, and this is the easiest way to do it!!! I think it is an excelent project, as using computers from around the globe to process data creates the worlds largest supercomputer, allowing us to process alot more data than a solo computer. |
