Why do you run SETI@home?
I run seti@home because I want to be part of the search for other intelligent life in the galaxy. I think the seti@home program is a great scientific endeavor that the general public can actually participate it. I think it is worthwhile because I think it is important to have programs that seek out the unknown and it would be nice to know we arent out there alone
Thoughts about ETI
I think there is other life out there. The mere fact that we are here suggest that because this is a big universe. I dont know if there are any real benefits about knowing if there is other life out there or not but I would like to know. Yes we should broadcast a signal.
