Personal background
I'm a 22 year old sailor from a little speck on the map called Carrollton, in the great state of Kentucky. I'm married with one lovely little girl (who I think just may be from another planet) and one more little one on the way. I'm currently stationed in Charleston South Carolina. I kill mosquitos and other forms of vermin and pest, and I'm also a health inspector. How the heck could a health inspector get interested in ET. Call me curious, NO not that kind of curious, I just want to be part of a bigger thing.
As far as hobbies go, I love spending time with my wonderful family, making and listening to bluegrass music, and golf.
What really got me intersted in ET is all those nights at sea on my ship, where there is no lights but the twinkle and gleam of the nights sky, I would think to myslef that there is no way we are alone.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I beleive life exists elswhere it would be selfesh to think we had this infinate space all to ourselves. Now ask my wife that same questions and she'll tell you that I'm nuts, she's not as open minded. If and when we discover other life this will be the way, but I convinced other life will discover us first. I think "they" have as much interest as we do. Humans should do all in there powerto forward discovery, learn more, educate, explore. Its in our genes, its what we were born to do. SO GET OUT THERE PEOPLE DISCOVER, EXPLORE, LEARN, TEACH, most important though love!!!
