1.)About 2 years ago
2.)Wanted my PC's to do something useful while I was away from them, I thik the SETI@home project is groundbreaking and very exciting. Completely worthwhile trying to see if we are not alone.
3.)ET is out there, somewhere, We will discover them probably after I'm dead. Benefits are limitless, dangers are .... Well just watch any movie with bad evil aliens in it. I don't think we should transmit a signal, why advertise who we are? Let's be cautious, nature can be a very cruel thing when you are not on the top of the food chain. |
