| I'm from the Chicago, IL. metro area. I'm employed as a technician at a D.O.E. research facility. Aside from the computer 'hobby', I also enjoy touring the country on my motorcycle during the summer months. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
It's difficult to say anything here that hasn't already been said countless times over... Just as there is still no proof that ET exists, there is also no proof that he doesn't. I feel that it would be pretty arrogant of us as a species to think we are the only intelligent life in the universe. As vast as the cosmos is and how small we are in comparison, I think there MUST be someone else out there, somewhere. However, if there IS no one else, that would be a terrible waste of such a vast universe.
