Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
1. Extraterrestrial life probably exists. The real question is "Can an intelligent species be sufficiently non-competitive to ensure that it does not destroy itself with its technology?"

2. Whether humans should transmit a beacon for others is an irrelevant question since our commercial broadcast clutter is spreading across the universe.

3. A question for Eric Hillenga (if he is with you). Why can't my wife download and run SETI@home on her Mac?

4. You need to improve the quality of your tech support; she has tried to get an answer a number of times. Her email address is: quinebaugw@earthlink.net

5. We have tried several times to find out how to transfer the data units under her account to my account. Again, no one has ever answered us.
