Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I believe life exists in other regions of space. Intelligent? probable. I think at this point in time it may be dangerous to meet an "ET", as we are not capable of dealing with ourselves, much less an alien. Still I believe we should try to find it to help us better understand our place in the universe. Such a discovery would have global impacts and help us unite, as well as imformation we could learn. I run SETI@HOME because my computer has fre time and I like to play a part in science.
