| Well I'm just the average guy, I have a degree in Web Design and got interested in this program while listening to National Public Radio where they had a program explaining the search for Ex's. I figure hey the way we treated Earth we had better find somewhere else to live...... |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

1) Well yeah or I wouldn't be wasting my electricity helping to search for them now would I? =:-/ I think they will contact us when they are good and ready, the benefits would be knowledge of course and the dangers are they could eat us...OH, NO!
2) Sure send a beacon, I think we should send them some jokes so they know we have a sense of humor over here.
3) I run SETI because I figure I pay for DSL so why not use it as much as possible so I get my $'s worth. It's a great project, I just hope that when the Scientists who contact the aliens tell everyone if the aliens live in a better place and not just disappear themself's and hord all the fun and good times. No suggestions. |
