Bonjour !
My name is Corrina, and I hail from the Okanagan area of British Columbia, Canada. I am in my late 20's. I have completed college in Computer business applications. I lived on the coast of BC for about 25 years and moved to the Okanagan 2 yrs. ago.
I enjoy most sports (running , soccer, swimming, hockey), highking, fishing, going to the wonderful beaches here in the summer, and gazing at the night sky. Here where I am is got to be a great place for star gazing! During the meteor showers in August and late fall, is absolutely AMAZING!!

I do believe there is other life out there other then our own. Where, what, we dont know, (or do we: meaning government agencies). The human race is brought up to believe that there is an end to everything, ie: an end to a road, an end to a rope, for example. But how naive can the human race be to think that we are the only ones here ???? I believe that Alien life can be anything from a mass of energy to a physical being.
As of now I firmly believe that we should not transmit information about ourselves that would bring ET life here. Reason being, how can we accept and understand other life forms when we have trouble understanding and accepting each other (ie: racism).
I came across the idea to run SETI from a science program on TV. I came to the web sight, and found it to be very interesting. I am not a computer wiz, or a scientist of any sort, but for right now I do very much like the idea of this project.
