| I am 18 years old, born in 1983, and live in Southern California. I joined the Seti@home program before it even started sending out data to crunch. I heard about it my freshman year of high school and signed up to be notified when it was ready to go. I'm big into Star wars, I play in band, and I'm great at science, yes I'm a nerd, so shoot me. I however also love to play soccer, hang out with my buddies and be out and about most of my free time. |

| I think extraterrestrial life definitely exists, hell, it'd be a damn shame to waste so much space in the universe only to have one populated planet, don't you think? I hope that we discover life from other worlds within my lifetime, as long as their friendly. I'd rather die an old man than be blasted to bit by some slimy green little man. A beacon would be a nice idea, as long as we are sure tat the message we send is not one that may come across unfriendly to another spiecies. |
