Hello, I am a 21 year old actor/websitemaker/graphics maker/crafts maker. I know that's alot of slashes. I am also a huge paranormal buff. I have a storng fascination with Big Foot and Crop Circles and Ghosts. I also do believe there are alines out there among the rest of us. However, our society has all been programed to keep the truth out, alot of us know there are aliens but we are in denial, so to speak. We are all afraid of the unfamiliar so we have programmed our minds to keep out all of this so we can live happier lives. Much like Big Foot, we have the evidence and the footage but we have been programed not to believe it, some of us have found the switch to turn off the programing but the majority of the worlds population can figure that out. Well, I feel as if I am repeating myself so I am going to go now. Take care.

| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I do believe in extraterretrials and it may take a long time for us to acknowledge their existence. Once we all realize they do exsist the world may be pretty much how it is now, as soon as everyone gets over the culture shock.
We should not transmit a beacon to find others, it won't do any good. The universe is huge, and beyond that is even bigger. By the time someone or something actually does get the signal it could be hundreds maybe thousands of years from now.
Why do I run SETI@home? Well, I belive in extraterrestrials and am interested in helping people realize they do exsist. I think the project is great, I know it's been a few years since the project started but I must say, it's about time. |
