Personal background
Ok, Its been awhile since I had to type up anything about myself but being as I'm back on the Seti project again and got this bug up my butt to get it started again I decided that since I now own a server I can dedicate that server to run SET@HOME again.

The server runs 24/7 and shouldn't have any issues running the program and the " Current UPTIME for the server is 2 years 4 Days 17 Hours 43 Mins 08 Secs. " So yea no problems here with that. Its just a second PC that we run our Webserver on and our local Teamspeak server on and running Seti in the backround isn't causing any problems.

Not sure when I'll ever shut it down and I dunno why I decided to fire up Seti again but like I said, I just got this bug up my butt to do it again. I suppose I could blame it on my Vice President of my Group " Evil Dreams " as I remembered seeing him running the application on his system at the last Lan Party we had back in January 2006.

So anyways, a little bit about me and what I'm about.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Well the Universe is pretty big so to say if there is other life out there...I would have to say we can't be alone out here. I just think we are such a small signifigance in the universe we just aren't being noticed and or taken seriously yet by other beings in the universe. They laugh at our fratility. We are so young in the technology side of life that its become our ignorance. We depend on our technology to further our expectations and yet with our minds being so small in the universe we don't get noticed.

We need to show the universe we are here.

I run Seti because it helps. Course if everyone thought like I did we would all be in trouble.

I just know what its like to accomplish something small and then have it turn out to be the biggest thing to happen in your life time and if this helps out I'm all for it.
