Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I do believe that there is some form of E.T. life out there somewhere. The bigger question for me is ... "is that life intelligent enough to create signals that make sense to us ... maybe we are already getting these intelligent signals and we are not advanced enough to properly decrypt the signals."
It would be great to have some kind of transmitter sending our own signals to space. It should contain the entire contents of the world's libraries.
I run SETI@home because it is most intriguing to think that maybe someday my signal will turn into some important data or proof that there is intelligent life out there.
