| I am 45. I am originally from Canada but I have lived in Australia for the last 25 years. I am married with one child. I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. I currently work in the conveyor segment of the mining industry but I have spent considerable time in aviation and the oil and gas industries as well. |
| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |
| I think life exists, but whether it is intelligent or not, I don't know. I think we should transmit a beacon so that others who have the capability to look for life would have the opportunity to find us. I run SETI as it is fun to feel you are involved in something so potentially important for humans. |
