Personal background
I have been running SETI@Home Software since 2002. It has always been interesting. About three years ago I noticed a GE Team. Since I have have been an Industrial Electrcian for General Electric for 30 plus years, I decided to join. I worked at the St. Louis Incandescent Lamp Assembly Plant until its closure today, Februry 28, 2007. We made it 96 years, but GE decided we were no longer profitable, and shipped our production to China and Mexico. Retirement here I come !!! Someday I truely do hope someone finds a strong indisputable signal. I just hope it comes in my lifetime! Theoretically, it could take thousands of years of listening. Happy hunting everyone!!
